I studied biotechnology and practice art. They’re closer than they sound.

In Bangalore, I filled margins with doodles, faces, shapes, lines that came without much thought. Instinct. Even through a biotechnology degree, art stayed with me between lectures and lab work.

Now I work in healthcare marketing strategy and paint, draw, create — not as a hobby, but as parallel practice. Graphite, charcoal, oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, mixed media. I’m exploring sculpture and modelling; each material teaches something the others don’t, and I follow the idea rather than forcing the medium.

Realism is where I start — portraits, birds, animals, the natural world — but I leave space for exploration. Growth happens outside comfort, and I try to visit often.

My work has been shown at exhibitions, with commissions completed for international clients — concept through delivery, signed originals with certificates.
